Launching my real estate agency, Westons Property & Co, in 2017, I’m thrilled to have been recognised as the number one selling agent by Rate My Agent several years in a row. As a dynamic, fully integrated property team we are consistently ranked in the top three businesses out of 50 in the Winston Hills area. We’re also gaining a significant reputation for our real estate sales results in the surrounding suburbs of Baulkham Hills, Toongabbie, Old Toongabbie and Northmead.

Having built my real estate agency from the ground up in a relatively short period of time, I’m proud of the successful operation it is today. We provide a streamlined, professional service and Westons Property & Co is renowned for our strong work ethic and high sales results.

Because I am a skilled negotiator and, like everyone on my team, always up for a challenge – no sales hurdle or property management issue is too difficult to overcome. With more than a decade of real estate expertise under my belt I’m adept at getting your sale over the line. My team is highly communicative, ensuring our clients feel supported through every step of the home selling process. Winston Hills was largely rural until the mid-20th century. Many of the properties are single-level brick homes, built in the 1960s and 1970s, which are ideal for growing families. It’s a safe, friendly suburb with easy connections to employment hubs in the city, Parramatta, North Ryde and Macquarie Park. There’s a great choice of schools in the area and having the renowned Westmead Hospital on our doorstep is a huge benefit for the whole community.

A new wave of younger buyers is moving into the area and building or buying modern, two-storey homes. A lot of them have grown up here, their parents are still here and as the older generation looks at downsizing locally, there are excellent opportunities for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
